우리가 세상을 살다 보면 인생살이가 만만치 않고 힘들다 라고 느낄 때가 있습니다. 좋은 일도 많지만 고통과 고난도 많습니다.
Life is not easy. We often feel tired and exhausted. Life is a combination of good and bad things.
이유 없이 나를 괴롭히는 사람들도 있고 낙심과 좌절 실패 때문에 몸부림 칠 때도 많습니다.
Some people are against us for no reason. Oftentimes, we feel discouraged and defeated.
분명히 나는 하나님을 믿고 교회를 다니고 있는데, 그리고 누구보다도 신앙생활을 열심히 하고 있는데도 불구하고, 세상에 대해서 미래에 대해서 건강, 물질, 자녀에 대해서 염려하며 걱정할 때가 많습니다. 일종의 마음의 불황입니다.
There is no doubt that we believe in God, faithfully attend church, and strive to walk by faith. However, we still worry about the future. We worry about our health. We worry about our children. Our hearts are troubled and our minds become unstable.
그래서 기쁨이 없습니다. 감격이 없습니다. 예수님을 소유하고 있음에도 불구하고 세상을 빛으로 소금으로 영향력을 주며 주도하지를 못합니다. 마음의 불황이 심각해서 믿지 않는 사람과 똑같이 생각하고 똑같이 살아갑니다.
Consequently, we lack joy and gratitude. Although we belong to Christ and have been called to be the salt and the light of the world, we are no different from the people of this world. We are so spiritually depressed that we cannot help others.
그러나 우리는 그렇게 살면 안되는 것입니다. 우리는 창조주 하나님, 전능하신 하나님을 믿고 사는 이상, 이 세상의 그 어떤 것에도 우리의 마음이 흔들리면 안되는 것입니다.
But this ought not to be so. We must not let our hearts be troubled for we believe in the Almighty God who created the universe.
이 세상에 그 무엇도 우리에게는 염려 근심 걱정이 될 수 없습니다. 그 어떤 것도 두려움과 공포의 대상이 될 수 없습니다.
We should not allow the things of this world to trouble our hearts. We must not fear anything in this world.
그렇다면 우리의 삶에서 정말 중요한 것이 무엇입니까? 돈입니까? 자녀입니까? 아니면 그 어떤 사람이 나를 힘들게 해서 그게 문제입니까? 아니면 내가 하고 싶은 일이 제대로 안 돼서 그게 문제입니까?
So then, what matters the most in life? Is it money? Is it our children? What is the biggest problem in life? Is it that others us? Or is it that things do not go according to our plan?
아닙니다. 언제나 내 마음이 문제입니다. 누굴 원망합니까? 왜? 세상을 탓합니까? 우리 마음이 문제입니다. 그러므로 우리 마음을 먼저 새롭게 바꾸어야 합니다.
No. The problem is always in us. Who are we to blame? Why blame the world? The problem is in our hearts. Therefore, we must first renew our hearts.
