일찍이 시편 기자는 “여호와를 경외하는 자 누구냐 그가 택할 길을 그에게 가르치시리로다.”

Early on a Psalmist says, “Who is the man who fears the LORD? Him will he instruct in the way that he should choose.”

하나님을 잘 섬기면 하나님께서 제일 좋은 길을 선택하도록 도와 주신다는 것입니다.

This means that God will help a person to choose the right path if that person diligently serves Him.

바울은 말하기를 “너희는 그리스도의 몸이요 지체의 각 부분이라 하나님의 교회 중에 몇을 세우셨으니 어떤 사람에게는 지혜의 말씀의 은사와 지식의 말씀의 은사와 믿음의 은사와 능력 행함의 은사와 병 고치는 은사와 서로 돕는 것과 다스리는 것과 각종 방언을 말하는 것이니라 한 성령이 행하사 그 뜻대로 각 사람에게 나눠 주시느니라 다 사도이겠느냐 다 선지자겠느냐 다 교사겠느냐 다 능력을 행하는 자겠느냐 다 병 고치는 은사를 가진 자이겠느냐 다 방언을 말하겠느냐 다 통변을 하겠느냐 아니다.

Paul says, “Now you are the body of Christ and individually members of it.

And God has appointed in the church first apostles, second prophets, third teachers, then miracles, then gifts of healing, helping, administrating, and various kinds of tongues. Are all apostles? Are all prophets? Are all teachers? Do all work miracles? Do all possess gifts of healing? Do all speak with tongues? Do all interpret?

그러므로 너희는 더욱 큰 은사를 사모하라 내가 또한 제일 좋은 길을 너희에게 보이리라.”

But earnestly desire the higher gifts. And I will show you a still more excellent way.”

그렇습니다. 바울은 교회는 우리 몸의 지체와 같아서 우리에게 주어진 여러 가지 은사가 연합해서 교회를 이룬다고 했습니다.

That’s right. Paul said that the church is like the members of the body, and so when the gifts given to us are united, we form the church.

그러므로 너희는 더욱 큰 은사를 사모하라나 여호와 하나님 내가 제일 좋은 길을 보이리라 그러므로 교회 공동체 안에서 다른 사람들이 나와 같을수가 없습니다.

Thus, you earnestly desire the higher gifts. Then the LORD your God will show

a still more excellent way. Therefore, other people in the church community cannot be like me.

내 눈으로 옳다 그르다 할 필요도 없습니다. 내 눈으로 좋다 싫다 할 필요도 없습니다.

There is no need to judge whether they are right or wrong with my eyes. There is no need to say whether I like it or dislike it with my eyes.

그러므로 예수 믿는 우리들 바른길, 좋은 길 선택해서 정로로 가면 되는 것입니다. 그것이 하나님께서 우리에게 주신 가장 좋은 은사라고 했습니다.

And so, for us who believe in Jesus only need to choose the good and the right way and go through it. This is the more excellent gift God has given to us.
