- 하나님의 뜻대로 살아야 합니다. We ought to live according to God’s will.
세상 살면서 우리가 하는 일이 많습니다. 그러나 일에는 하나님의 일과 세상 일이 있습니다. 세상일은 지나가는 일이지만, 하나님의 일은 영원한 일입니다.
We can do many things in life. We can either work for God or for this world. But we must remember that things of this world will pass away. But the work we do for God will count forever.
그러므로 우리의 관심은 언제나 하나님의 일에 두어야 합니다. 하나님과 하나님의 나라에 관심이 있어야 합니다.
For this reason, we ought to work for the Kingdom of God. We ought to seek God and His Kingdom.
“너희는 먼저 그의 나라와 그의 의를 구하라. 그리하면 이 모든 것을 너희에게 더하시리라.”
“But seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be added to you.”
일찍이 예수님께서 내가 너의 인생을 돌보아 줄 터이니 육신적인 일은 염려하지 말고 “너희는 먼저 영적인 일, 하나님의 일을 구하라.”고 했습니다.
Jesus said he will take care of us. He commanded us not to worry about our physical needs. But instead, “To seek the spiritual things first. To seek His Kingdom.”
“His part and Our part”라는 말이 있습니다. This involves “His Part and Our Part.”
나는 하나님 일하고, 하나님은 내 일을 해 주신다는 것입니다. 우리가 하나님의 일을 먼저 구하면 구하지 않은 것까지 이 세상의 모든 것을 더해 주시겠다는 것입니다.
When we work for God, He will work for us. When we seek first the kingdom of God, God will provide all that we need and even more.”
다시 말해서 내가 어떻게 해야 하나님의 나라 하나님의 뜻대로 살 수 있을까? 내가 어떻게 살아야 하나님을 기쁘시게 하고 하나님의 교회에 헌신하고 충성할 수 있을까?
In other words, we need to constantly ask ourselves, “How can I live for the kingdom of God? How can I live according to His will? How can I please Him? How am I to serve the
church?”
그런 생각으로 살면 나머지 내 인생의 문제는 다 해결해 주시겠다는 것입니다.
When we do so, God promises to take care of us.
